Gpu Grass Terrains

Settings Tab

  • Main Camera - Camera to be used for frustum and view bending calculations.

  • Draw Distance - Percentage of far clip plane. Other draw distance settings are a percentage of this. If you want to reduce the draw distance of all GPU Grass objects is is more performant to reduce the draw distance here rather than reducing it in each object.

  • Collider Layer Mask - Sets the layers that GPU Grass will use to bake the collisions mask. If you want the grass to not spawn in an area create a collider and give it a layer that is set here.

  • Mask Terrain Holes - Check to make grass not draw on terrain holes.

  • Wind

This affects all objects created by GPU Grass.

    • Size - Size of the noise that is used to create wind.
    • Speed - The speed at which the noise changes.
    • Strength - The amount that the noise affects the objects.
  • Reload Everything - Flushes and reloads everything.
